Our annual summer retreat offers 5 days of intensive study within a relaxed atmosphere. Your immersion into the Alexander Technique world takes place in a safe and loving environment where learning can happen.
Openness and curiosity will guide us as we support you on your path to inner freedom and vitality. Our art is human touch, our study is human nature – each an inexhaustible resource for education, nurturance, growth and connection.
Our retreat structure allows you to have an intense, personal experience of Alexander's work. You'll have the opportunity to meet many of our teachers and all of our trainees. And if you are curious or interested about joining one of our Personal Development Programs, you are welcome to join one of our training weekends and see what it is like to train.
In 2026 the summer retreat will be led by Margarete Tüshaus, Astrid Lobreyer and Ann-Kathrin Fliege. Classes will be taught in German and English.
The retreatcenter sits high on a hill at the edge of the forrest. Almost every room and all the teaching spaces look out over a stunning view of mountains, farmland and villages. The food is tasty and healthy. It is an idyllic vacation and learning center.

Course Fee 2026
The course fee for the summer retreat is EUR 550, excluding accommodation and meals.
Accomodation and meals
There are various accommodation options, although only a limited number of single rooms are available, as bungalows are the main type of accommodation on offer. However, some bungalows have an extension/separate sleeping area.

Your partner and children are very welcome (please ask for details).
