Supervised Trainee-Lessons

​Do you have a personal issue that you would like to address with the help of the Alexander Technique?
Take advantage of a supervised one-to-one session and the collective wisdom of our training group.

You have the option to book only one supervised Trainee-Lesson or a package of 5 Lessons.

• 1 private lesson for EUR 35

• package of 5 for EUR 150
