Withholding Definition — the ability to see Alexander’s ‘inhibitive moment’ as sacred space, to be willing before defining anything or anyone including ourselves in any circumstance —to take in that which might be new, different and unknown as the basis for change because change takes place in the ongoing present, moment by moment.

And the ‘moment’ is a movement. And the ongoing present is your choice to belong to that moment and go where the road takes you.

When we can truly look at and accept ourselves and others as we are, that is when movement, being, and relationship begin to heal and reorganize. Tommy often says “even though I know you, I will always long to see you, as you are —in this present moment”.
