Postgraduate Workshop
The Embryological Origins of Spinal Vitality and Upward Flow
with Delia Rosenboom
9 - 11 April 2025
‘He who sees things from the very beginning, will have the finest view of them all’ Aristotle
Since you were the size of a pin-prick in the womb your spine has been growing ‘upwards’!
Since birth you have unconsciously accumulated habits that interfere with this natural upward direction. With AT work we strive to re-find this ‘up flow’. However....
How would it be if you could easily reconnect to your inherent, embryonic, inner wisdom that simply knows how to flow upwards?
... To embody the energy of your original spinal development that is imprinted within your cells and organically knows how to support you with vitality and ease?

This is a fabulous and unique opportunity to learn to reconnect to and embody the inherent blueprint of your embryological and evolutionary development... to better understand and experience Alexander’s exciting discoveries about upward release, length, opposition and primary control from new perspectives.

This is a fabulous and unique opportunity to learn to reconnect to and embody the inherent blueprint of your embryological and evolutionary development... to better understand and experience Alexander’s exciting discoveries about upward release, length, opposition and primary control from new perspectives.
Through inspiring embryological and evolutionary stories we will explore innovative ways to bring alive and experience our original core organisation, through:
-
Professor Raymond Dart’s gravity-based work in prone
-
Visualisations
-
Gentle evolutionary-based movement
-
Practical work on oneself...
... And we will integrate this within Alexander hands-on work with each other.
An unmissable opportunity!
