Alexander Alliance Europe

The Alexander Alliance Europe is an international, intergenerational community/school for training teachers of the Alexander Technique as well as for promoting personal growth.

We offer a challenging but flexible training program that also enables working people to become Alexander Technique teachers.

With us, you have the opportunity to become a teacher of the F.M. Alexander Technique or to use the Alexander Technique for your personal development through our Personal Development Program (PDP).

The full training to become a teacher of F.M. Alexander Technique takes at least 4 years.

Regardless of your long-term goals, your journey with us begins with the Personal Development Program. Here you can decide whether you want to participate in the

- Intensive Program

- Retreat Program or

- Weekend Program.

In principle, you can repeat these modules as often as you like.

For transitioning into the teacher training

you must have completed at least two years of the Personal Development Intensive Program.

If it fits better for you in terms of time, you can also divide the requirement for teacher training as follows:

  • Four years of the Weekend OR Retreat Program.

  • Two years of the Weekend OR Retreat Program PLUS one year of the Intensive Program.

Here, the examples correspond to the two years of Personal Development Intensive Program. More information about our Personal Development Program here.

Like in the Intensive Program, the two years teacher training include:

  • the 6 weekends per year in Dorsten or Buchholz an der Nordheide

  • the 4-day event in Dorsten

  • the 3 long events in a beautiful educational center in Germany

In addition to this intensive training program, the teacher training also includes in-depth study groups in person or online and personal mentoring.

You can find the scope and costs of the training in the overview and more information about the content on our website www.alexanderalliance.org.

If you have any questions about our offer, please do not hesitate to contact us.
